Set as default handler
ArchLinux
  Execute 'systemsettings'
  Under Applications > Default Applications, set as 'Web browser'
    and 'Email client'.  (You probably want to set 'Map' to Google Maps here).
Windows
    'Default apps'
    Choose Brave as for 'Email and 'Web browser' + PDF *htm*
    Down at boom click link 'Choose default apps by protocol', choose Brave for
        FTP, HTTP, HTTPS (maybe WEBCAL?)

To get mailto links handled by Gmail:

In case that article gets removed, here's the procedure from the page:
  1. pen up a Gmail tab. You must do this from the Gmail tab, not your html5rocks one. :)
  2. Execute this in browser JavaScript console:
    navigator.registerProtocolHandler("mailto", "https://mail.google.com/mail/?extsrc=mailto&url=%s", "Gmail");
  3. Accept the confirmation from the browser.

Install extensions:  Open Frame by zboogs Video Speed Controller by igrigorik
If will not be using bitcoin, Settings > Wallet -> None and 'Show Brave...' off.

Syncing
Paste the chain code.
If makes sense, enable history or extensions sharing to this client.
