lsof -nP -p 2541 -a -i -Tsq

In order this causes lsof to
    -n:  display host names Numerically
    -P:  Print ports numerically
    -p:  for Pid 2541
    -a:  AND
    -i:  only list "Internet network files" (seems to me actually "Network")
    -Tsq:  display connectionState and Queue TCP/IP details
           (N.b. -T by itself DISABLES the default TCP/IP detail reporting)
