Reverse engineer OOO Calc.

Make an empty dir with subdir META-INF/manifest.xml + mimetype, *.xml, copied
from a working Calc *.ods file.  (No other subdirs).
Remove all lines in the manifest for Config* or Thumb*.
Edit content.xml to add cell data according to my template file "content.xml".
Zip it up to *.ods.
