With HP scanjet 2200c

Set paper top towards you seated into near right corner.

To capture a normal 8.5x11 page
    Advanced options:  T/L 0.1,0, B/R 8.465,10.9
    Scan.  Don't preview or it will change the capture range.
    Resoution of 70 seems to work well. (Lower resolutions produce pyuke).
