To disable crazy KDE mouse behaviors,
  Configure Desktop / Workspace Behavior / Screen Edges.
  Disable the 2 checkboxes.

To prevent Yast from automatically installing undesired RPMs every time you
make any RPM change, you must 'Taboo' the following RPMs:
    NetworkManager
    apparmor-parser

Change *strigi* to not install, except retain "libstrigi0" which is required by
some core pattern.

Make sure swap options for all mounted non-VM partitions have mount by set to "by id".
VM partitions mounted by Device name.  (Not sure about this last.  Yast may be getting
 this setting from previous usage of the partition).

Nepomuk is in a base KDE rpm.
To really disable, must move file /usr/share/autostart/nepokumuck*.
