WebFX Menu

Seems thet menubar.width has no effect (according to doc, this is needed
for non-bar menus?).

All stylings straight-forward in .css file, except for borders.
For hover, set border sizes exactly the same for both
".webfx-menubar a, .webfx-menubar a:visited" and ".wbfx-menubar a:hover",
and change the colors in the latter (and perhaps the style).
Set parent colors in the former to same as A bgcolor to have invisible borders.
To show "clicked" button, set
".webfx-menubar a:active, .webfx-menubar a:focus" to invert of a:hover.

Generally set font values in the menu or menu-bar level, except for
colors at the A levels.


In example, the author also sets
 webfxMenuDefaultBorderLeft, etc.
 webfxMenuDefaultPaddingLeft, etc.
 webfxMenuDefaultShadowLeft, etc.
to integers to match borders?

Menus are of class webfx-menu-bar (permanently present top-level) and
webfx-men (all others, which appear on-demand).
    Persistent Top level bar items have
        <div class="webfx-menu-bar> <a>Label1</a> <a>Label2</a>... </div>
    For each "opened" menu (all but at bar level; i.e. "nested" menus)
        <div class="webfx-menu" style="width:x; left: 0px; top:0px;">
            <a>Label 1</a> <a>Label 2</a>... </div>
    All Menu items are
        <a...>Label<img...></a>
    with no class or style specified.
